In 2023/2024, Luxembourg (Ministry of Justice Luxembourg) will have the opportunity to put forward a candidate for nomination to the Court of Justice of the European Union. The appointment will be made by common accord of the governments of the Member States for a term of six years (2024-2030), after consultation of the panel provided for in Article 255 TFEU.
