New book 📚

‘Free Movement of Persons in the Nordic States: EU Law, EEA Law, and Regional Cooperation’, edited by Katarina Hyltén-Cavallius and Jaan Paju.

In recent months, a new book was published by Hart Publishing/Bloomsbury Publishing Plc on the legal aspects of people moving within the Nordic states, as well as moving in/out of the Nordic states.

Amongst the various chapters, it explores the tensions, gaps, and overlaps of the five Nordic states given they have their own arrangements/cooperation, as well as EU law and EEA law.
